EeStairs + CITA architecten

We are proud of our collaboration with CITA architecten on a groundbreaking project that finds the perfect balance between sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality. Our expertise in staircase design and construction has contributed to a building that is both visually stunning and practical. For this project, we used rubberwood, an affordable and sustainable wood species, for the staircases. This material is not only environmentally responsible but also offers a warm and inviting appearance that perfectly aligns with CITA architecten’s vision.

Through careful design and craftsmanship, we have created staircases that are not only functional but also stand as works of art in their own right.
The open spaces in the building are designed to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor areas. Our staircases play a crucial role in this connection by not only providing functional passageways but also contributing to the aesthetic cohesion of the spaces.

By using rubberwood, we have created staircases that are both sustainable and visually appealing, and that contribute to the building’s energy efficiency. In collaboration with CITA architecten, we have also paid special attention to creating child-friendly spaces. Our staircases are designed with safety and accessibility in mind, allowing children to move and play freely.

This makes the building an ideal place for families and enhances the overall appeal of the living environment. This project is a beautiful example of how different cultures can come together in one space. The diverse influences in the design reflect Rotterdam’s rich cultural mix. Our staircases enhance this diversity through their versatile designs, which cater to various styles and preferences.
